Principal
Jeremy is a seasoned business leader with hands-on experience in sales, operations, customer service, and technology-driven business improvement. Growing up working in his family’s business, he was instrumental in managing many of the day-to-day operations including distribution, IT, marketing, and customer service, providing him with a strong foundation running and scaling organizations.
With over 15 years of experience working with some of the world’s preeminent consulting firms, Jeremy built, developed and managed teams tasked with implementing modern technologies and streamlining processes for many Fortune 500 organizations across the healthcare, life sciences, financial services, retail, manufacturing and high-tech industries.
It is with these diverse skill sets, experiences, relationships and fortitude that Jeremy is prepared to help businesses achieve success in their next chapter of growth.
Gordon Schafer
Principal
Gordon is an accomplished business owner and operator with more than three decades of experience building and leading a successful retail furniture business throughout the Philadelphia region. As founder and CEO, he oversaw every aspect of the business — from financial management and purchasing to site selection and real estate negotiations —ultimately scaling the organization into a well-recognized regional brand before exiting the industry.
Following his transition out of retail, Gordon redirected his expertise toward real estate investment and portfolio growth. He has managed and expanded a diverse portfolio consisting of both residential and commercial properties, and has extensive experience acquiring, developing, and improving condos and planned developments to build long-term asset value.
Gordon brings deep financial acumen and operational discipline. His entrepreneurial instincts and decades of hands-on experience make him a trusted partner to business owners navigating growth, transition, or succession.

Edward Blume
Edward applies a balanced and fair approach to dealmaking. With experience transacting hundreds of deals, Edward brings a constructive problem-solving approach that delivers accretive value for all parties involved in M&A efforts. Edward practiced law at big firms, served as Chief Operating Officer of a portfolio of closely held businesses and worked in private equity as both in-house counsel and President. As a part of the Riverview Capital Group advisory team, his varied set of skills positions him to uniquely spot, assess, evaluate and help resolve legal issues in a holistic way.

Matt has a wealth of experience serving companies in the lower middle market, with an industry focus on manufacturing and distribution, construction services, and professional services.
